One-hour courses are $125.00 per class, per person; two-hour
courses are $250.00 per class, per person. Payment in the form of a check or
credit card is due before participant(s) will be enrolled in an eLearning
session. With one paid participant, an organization may have up to 2 people
audit the class at no additional charge. The paid participant must be the
representative for the organization.

The session .pdf file and session confirmation will not be sent
until Sage Software receives payment for the eLearning sessions.

Participants must complete a mandatory Orientation to eLearning
session before attending any eLearning sessions. The Orientation to eLearning
session is included with the price of eLearning sessions.

If you have scheduled eLearning, you may not cancel or reschedule
within 7 business days of the session date without incurring a penalty. The
cancellation penalty will be the forfeiture of half of the eLearning session
fee. For rescheduling within the 7 business day period before the session date,
there will be an administrative fee of $50. Rescheduling under these
circumstances requires a prepayment of the administrative fee charged to a
credit card before the participant may be rescheduled.

Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled times. All times
listed are Central Time. Please enter the virtual classroom 5 minutes before
session time. If you are delayed in entering the virtual classroom before the
appointed session time, you will be required to reschedule according
to the policy listed in item number four (4) above.

Training is subject to cancellation if the session has fewer than 2
attendees. If Sage Software cancels the session; we will reschedule you without
charging the administrative fee.
